What we expect

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations
  • Manage project budgets, allocating resources efficiently to meet financial objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost control
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
  • Develop project plans that align with client goals and regularly communicate project progress and updates, attend regular meetings on site and virtually
  • Liaise with internal teams, including engineers, supervisors, and mechanics, to ensure project requirements are met
  • Deliver and maintain up to date and complete safety documentation
  • Conduct weekly operation meetings and prepare minutes of discussions
  • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality completion of project deliverables
  • Manage relationships to stay within budget constraints and uphold quality standards
  • Identify and assess project risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential issues
  • Implement risk mitigation plans and monitor ongoing risk factors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure projects comply with safety, elevator code, and quality standards
  • Manage project documentation, including plans, progress reports, change orders, and other relevant documents
  • Assist with submission of all relative documentation to AHJ’s in area
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Implement strategies to keep projects on track and address any deviations from the plan
  • Conduct post-mortems to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement process improvements based on the evaluation to enhance future project execution

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a construction environment
  • Bachelors’ degree in related discipline
  • Project Management Certification is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action
